Advantage: 1.Resistance to acid rain
Coating protection mechanism: Acid rain is easily formed in the environment with high industrial emission or pollutant content. The pre-coated steel surface forms acid penetration, accelerates corrosion, forms bubbles, spalling and so on.
2.Resistance ultraviolet rays
Coating protection mechanism: pre-coated plate in ultraviolet or strong sunlight conditions, the coating will appear chalky degeneration, manifested as discoloration and loss of luster, lose paint fast.
3.Resistance to humid heat
Coating protection mechanism: In a hot and humid environment, the high osmotic pressure of water vapor accelerates the penetration, forming the degradation of the coating film, and then corrodes the substrate, resulting in bubbles and spalling
4.Resistance to low temperature
Coating protection mechanism: most of the paint can still maintain stable processing performance above 0 degrees, but in the alpine region, the temperature is below 20-40 degrees, the normal paint will become brittle, bending and cracking, or even lose the paint, the protection function is completely lost
Pretreatment (including chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment), and then coated with a layer or multilayer organic coating, the substrate used for the pre-coated steel plate by GI Steel coils, GL steel coils and then baked and cured after the formation of products. Topcoat can be divided into polyester, silicone modified polyester, high durability of polyester (HDP), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF).
