Product Description
Hot-dip galvanized coil (GI) is produced by passing a pickled and rolled all-hard plate through a zinc pot and coating it with a zinc film on the surface. Due to the properties of zinc, it has excellent corrosion resistance, paintability and processability. Generally, the processes and specifications of hot-dip galvanized steel sheets and galvanized steel coils are basically the same.
Hot dip galvanizing is the process of applying a protective zinc coating to steel or iron panels to prevent rust.
Due to the self-sacrificial properties of zinc, it has excellent anti-corrosion, paintability and processability.

Bending test is the main item to measure the process performance of thin plates, but the requirements for various galvanized sheets are not consistent in national standards. Except for structural grade, American standards do not require bending and tensile tests.
